MANUEL-TURIZO
Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. He has made major global breakthroughs into the Latin popular music scene. In 2017 the hit song from 2016 Una Lady Como Tu won the Colombian Kids Choice Award Favorite Song. The artist released his debut long-player ADN with the Sony-owned company based in Medellin, La Industria Inc. The album reached the number 8 spot at the top of the Top Latin Albums chart. Following that year, he joined forces with Ozuna to create Vaina Loca and it was which was a Top Five hit. In 2020, he collaborated with Noriel for Mala Influencia and debuted the album Dopamina in the following year. In 2021, he performed in a duet with TINI for her stream single Maldita Foto. 2000 saw him perform the hit song La Bachata appeared in 2023. Turizo came from a family of musicians both his parents are both musicians. In interviews he's talked about his involvement in music as mandatory. As a child he learned to play saxophone guitar ukulele and piano. His original plan of action was to become a vet But his older brother Julian encouraged him to learn to sing by working with the help of a Cuban instructor. The end result, realizing that he had the ability to sing, altered his path in life.
